TETRA LF cleans indoors plastic or stainless steel drums from 30 L to 220 L with a High pressure rotating head impacting 360° all surfaces. Compact, fast, very water efficient, installed in PLUG & PLAY. Five models cover the needs, from cosmetic washing to pharmaceutical requirement. Designed and made in France by Montanier.

The result of washing no longer dependent on the operator. Product injection by adjustable dosing pump, short or long cycle choice depending on the degree of soiling. Design inclined for efficient gravity flow. Ergonomic rollers for large diameter drums, support for 30 L and 60 L drums. Hot water network 55 °C / 65 °C max.

• LF-E : 230 V single phase, brass and 304L stainless steel, without dosing pump
• LF-S : 304L stainless steel, dosing pump, 2 water inlet

Treatment and recycling of washing water

TETRA LF consumes very little water per cycle. To go further, Montanier designs and manufactures washing water treatment and recycling systems, which reinject treated effluents into the process instead of discarding them
